Go 1.16 version releasing on Coming Tuesday 16-02-2021

go1.16rc1 Release candidate of Go 1.16 was released two weeks ago.

There are currently 5 minor issues in the Go 1.16.

And Golang team decided to release the final version of Go 1.16 on coming Tuesday. i.e, 16-02-2021.
